Situation:
Lack of appropriate use of automobile seat belt protection was causing increased vehicular death and injury.

Objective:
To increase awareness and usage of vehicle safety belts and pass primary offense legislation for lack of seat belt use by vehicle occupants.

Outcome:
On behalf of National Safety Council, worked with legislative leaders and policyholders to increase safety belt usage in the State of Ohio.
