Situation:
Legislation created to address automobile dealership regulatory issues has been also negatively impacting recreational vehicle dealerships in Ohio.

Objective:
To amend/exclude RV’s from proposed legislation targeting automobile dealerships in Ohio.

Outcome:
On behalf of RVIA, successfully amended RV legislation to properly regulate RV’s under the Ohio Revised Code, versus inclusion in the Auto Dealers Association Franchise Law.
